Thrift shopping and mountain climbing

Can I just say after one of thee hardest weeks ever I had the best day yesterday!! :) so me and my best friend Shelby came home after school and we drove to Denny's to get a smoothie. (Because their groovy mango smoothies are basically liquid gold) as we slurped our heaven in a cup, we went and got some French fries. Because after a long day of school you get hungry! :)

So then we are driving around and our conversation is going in the direction of getting jobs. So I was like "I want to work at gordmans" so then as I'm approaching the roundabout in front of gordmans Shelby's yells "NOW OPEN!?!?!?" We look at each other and scream!!!! :) so we went to gordmans and looked around a bit! And then we went to DI.

We got some rockin awesome sick-nasty tshirts. They were great! I got this large men's shirt that has a shark on it! And Shelby got this purple green and black Tye dye tower of terror shirt!! Haha they were too good! :) then on the way out of DI Thrift Shop by mackelmore came on the radio!! We were so pumped! Then we ate yummy Chinese food.

But then things got a little more serious. We got a text from one of our friends that he was going to run away. Something had happened that hurt his feelings and he had climbed the mountain behind his house. So we went and looked for him. We climbed a mile up this mountain to look for our friend. After about 22 phone calls and 6 text messages we couldn't get ahold of him. So we said a prayer. And after we said a prayer we decided that we needed to go back down, it was going to get dark soon and we had been calling him for an hour.

So as we are walking down this mountain I see a box under a rock. I thought it was a geo cache. So we opened the box and found missionary letters. There were two letters written by a boy and girl and it was how they had come up to this mountain to teach their last lesson before leaving on their mission. It was the neatest thing! The sun was setting so me and Shelby just watched the sunset for a bit and we just had the calmest feeling. So we treked back down this mountain.

When we got back to the car I drove down by his house and we saw his parents outside talking to one of the neighbors. Me and Shelby started freaking out. He wasn't home!! So we drove back up to this park. And then we tried calling him one more time, and he answered!! Me and Shelby were so relieved he was ok that we both just started crying right there in the car! So after finding out he was ok and we were on the complete wrong side of the mountain we went to Lindsey birthday party. (Which was so fun!!!)

It was the craziest Friday ever! I am so grateful for my friends! They are always there for me! I cherish each and every one of them!

I love my Heavenly Father. I know the church if Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints is true. I have a strong testimony of this gospel. I love it so much and I know that Heavenly Father answers prayers.

Lets hope that next week can be just as fun! :)

P.R.O.M.

Just a quick announcement! I got asked to prom this week!! :) I am so ecstatic! I got asked my Taylor Maag! :) I love him!

So I came home from cheer and the doorbell rang, so I went and got it and found Reese's and a tshirt that said "PROM?" And then is had tons of names on the shirt and I had to wash it to know which person asked me!

So I went and washed the shirt! And I found Taylor's name left! :) I was so happy!

So to answer him I filled a glass vase with tons of jolly ranchers! Then in one of the green jolly ranchers I wrapped a piece if green cellophane that said "YES" on it, inside the candy. Then I put a piece of paper that said "search for my jolly answer!" :)

So I am so excited! I get to go to prom with my best friend!!

Lovin life

So this weekend has been great!!! Friday we sluffed fourth and played call of duty, then watched mean girls that night! I had my cheer comp! We got second!! :) it was great! And my best friend came to support us! So I got to spend the whole day with my two best friends! :) then I got to go support my cousin in the state championships!! :) he did great!! Go lone peak basketball!! :) they are ranked 2nd In The nation!

So on the way home from weber we stopped and ate at brick oven pizza. Then it was my family and Shelby in the car, and my little sister says to my dad "dad when the second coming comes and everything turns bad, will Disneyland be bad?" It was precious! :) haha

Then me, kallee, Candice, and Shelby had a girls night!! :) it was the best girls night ever!! We made 3 music videos! (Soon to be posted) then we drove around and filmed at Walmart and McDonald's and our high school! :) then my car got syranwrapped so we went and cotton balled and toilet papered jaces car- cuz he was the one who did it! It was great! Haha :)

What a wonderful weekend with my best friends:)

Fam[ily]

I love my fam bam! :) they are just great! Even tho we don't always get along with eachother, they will always be the ones who are there for me in the end.

This week me and my sis have had some great sister bonding time! :) we were just stuck at home all day Tuesday. So we were snapchatting our friends, and we were just having the greatest time! We took thee funniest videos! It was great!

Then after sitting at home all day cooped up like chickens... We finally couldn't take it anymore! So we went for a late night sonic run! :) on the way home we blasted the song thrift shop in the car and slurped our slushies!

The highlight of the day was before we were going to bed, my sister came up to me, gave me a big hug, and said "I'm glad your my sister"

It was great! I love her so much ad she is growing up so fast:) my family is everything to me.

Hard works pays off

Had our second competition yesterday!! :) it was so fun!! :) I adore my team! :)

We did so good! It was the best routine we have ever done!! :) my coach was almost in tears! I was so happy!!

We hit every stunt!! And everything went perfect!! :) no one was expecting us to do that good! :)

We all ran off the floor when the music ended and we were all freaking out!! Hugging and screaming and jumping!! :) it was the best feeling knowing we did the best we could!

Once awards rolled around we all say in a circle with our team and waited for the results!

Just a little background- so we have these "arch rivals" who we compete against. The coaches for that team used to be the coaches for my team, but they quit and formed their own gym. So ya-we don't love them..

So awards came and they announced our division...

"In 3rd place with a score of 62.35- J2A jaguars"

"In 2nd place with a score of 69.69- UTAH TWISTERS!!!!!!!

We all got up and screamed our hearts out!! :) we just beat our arch rivals and performed a great routine!!! :) that was the best feeling!

I love my team and my coaches! And I couldn't ask for a better experience! Cheerleading is my passion. It's what I love to do. I may complain about the extra log and hard practices, but at competition when you preform and get that adrenaline rush- it all becomes worth it! :)

This has sure been a heck of a week! I swear my emotions were running on a treadmill. Haha all I can really say is I am so thankful for my best friends:) and I am going to walk out of this with have learning something new.

Lets hope that this next week will be better!

Well as always it's been a busy weekend again- and it's not over yet. Friends last night, and my team today! Yep another comp! Brace yourself for 5 hours of adrenaline and glitter! :)

But I love it! I can't complain- because it's what I have a passion for! :)

I guess I will find out what comes next week when it gets here!
